You can upgrade your Premium plan at any time:
- Login to your TravelMap administration
- Open the Premium page
- Click Manage billing
- In the billing portal, click Update subscription
- Select your new plan (Premium Plus or Business)
- Click Continue
- Confirm the change
You will only be charged the pro-rated difference for the remaining time in your current subscription period.
Future renewals will use the price of your new plan.
Downgrading
If you downgrade (for example, from Premium Plus to Premium) or switch to a different billing period (from yearly to monthly), the unused value of your current subscription is converted into a credit.
The billing portal will show the credit amount, and your future payments will be reduced or set to €0 until this credit is fully used.
